Fee Schedule
Maximum fees, inclusive of VAT. A reduction may be agreed in the mandate. Fees apply by marginal brackets: each rate applies only to the portion of the price falling within its bracket.
1. Property sales
Fees payable by the seller, unless otherwise stipulated in the mandate. Due upon signature of the notarial deed of sale.

2. Land and development plots
Fees payable by the seller or the buyer, as stipulated in the mandate; in the latter case, listings display the price inclusive of fees. Due upon signature of the notarial deed of sale.

Fees payable by the buyer. Due upon signature of the preliminary sale agreement (compromis de vente).
